How does Diamond Membership work?

Every month your Lake Nona Med Spa Membership payment of $250 will be charged to your card on file and the total will be credited to your Frost Funds wallet at Lake Nona Med Spa. You can then use your funds on absolutely anything in the office: skincare, treatments, and even gift cards. Every penny you put into your membership is yours to use or gift in any way you want! If you want a service that is over your wallet or credit, we’ll apply the funds in your wallet and all you have to do is pay the difference while still receiving your membership pricing.

Does my wallet expire?

In short, yes. All members and non-members have 365 days from purchase of deposit date to use prepaid treatments or funds per our office policy. However, your total wallet amount will be rolled over each month and will be saved in your patient wallet. All membership perks will apply as long as you are a member of the Lake Nona Med Spa Diamond Membership.

How much does the Diamond Membership program cost?

The Diamond Membership program is available for just $250 per month. This monthly fee grants you access to a wide range of exclusive benefits and savings to enhance your beauty journey. Funds also roll over each month but expire after a year from deposit.

Can I cancel my Diamond Membership at any time?

Yes, you can cancel your Diamond Membership at any time. We understand that circumstances may change, and we want to ensure your satisfaction. Please contact our customer service team to assist you with the cancellation process.

How do I use my Frost Funds?

Using your Frost Funds is simple. Once your monthly membership fee is processed, the corresponding amount is added to your Frost Funds wallet at Lake Nona Med Spa. You can then redeem these funds for any of our services, skincare products, or even purchase gift cards. It’s a flexible way to enjoy the benefits of your membership.

What are the benefits of ProNox, and how can I use it?

ProNox is an inhalation system that can enhance your comfort during certain treatments. As a Diamond Member, you receive complimentary access to ProNox during your visits. Our experienced staff will guide you on its usage to ensure your comfort and relaxation during treatments.

  I am elated with the care my mother received from Dr. Ahmed and staff today. We needed additional assistance transferring my mother from her wheelchair to and from the examination chair. Both the doctor and another staff member transferred her. The treatment Dr. Ahmed prescribed is conservative and more agreeable than her previous ophthalmologist’s recommendations. The office staff is top-notch, too. They were exceedingly kind, gracious and generous with us at every turn, especially after a stressful afternoon.
